At The Food's Life, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality health snacks to your doorstep. Your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines our approach to returns, refunds, and replacements for all orders placed on https://thefoodslife.com/.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately via email or phone with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. If you still wish to return the product after receiving it, please refer to our Return Process below.


2. Eligibility for Return

We accept return requests in the following situations:

Damaged Product: You receive a product with visibly damaged packaging or broken seals upon delivery

Defective or Substandard Product: The product is stale, has an unusual smell or taste, or significantly deviates from the product description

Wrong Product Delivered: You receive a product different from what you ordered

Missing Items: One or more items from your order are missing upon delivery

All return and refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the date of delivery. Requests received after this window will not be eligible for consideration.


3. Products Not Eligible for Return

The following are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:

Products that have been opened, consumed, or partially used

Products where the packaging seal was intact upon delivery and opened by the customer

Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer after delivery (e.g., exposure to heat, moisture, or pests)

Products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers or marketplaces

Return requests raised after the 7-day reporting window has elapsed

Requests based on a change of mind or taste preference after opening


4. Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund:

Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch — refunded in full minus a 5% payment processing fee

Orders where the product is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered and a replacement is not feasible or available

Duplicate payments or billing errors — refunded in full within 5–7 business days of confirmation

Orders for which delivery was not attempted and the product was returned to our warehouse by the courier

Not Eligible for Refund:

Orders where the product has been opened or partially consumed

Cash-on-delivery orders where the product was accepted without noting any damage at the time of delivery

Requests raised after the 7-day return window

Products returned without prior written approval from our support team

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI ID, or card) within 7–10 business days of approval. The Food's Life is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.


5. Replacement Policy

We will gladly arrange a free replacement in the following situations:

Products confirmed as damaged or defective after review of photographic or video evidence submitted by the customer

Wrong product delivered — we will dispatch the correct product and arrange for pickup of the incorrect item

Missing items — we will dispatch the missing product within 3–5 business days of confirmation

Replacement orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of request approval.


6. Return Process — Step by Step

To initiate a return, replacement, or refund request, please follow these steps:

2. Share your Order ID, full name, registered phone number, and a clear description of the issue

3. Attach clear photographs or a short video showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect product along with its packaging and label

4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with a decision and further instructions

5. If a return is required, pack the product securely (ideally in its original packaging) and ship it using the method communicated by our team

6. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement

Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their own cost.


7. Food Product Disclaimer

As a food product company, The Food's Life recommends that all customers inspect their orders upon delivery and store products as per the instructions on the label. Shelf life and freshness depend on proper storage conditions. We are not responsible for product quality issues arising from improper storage or consumption after the best-before date printed on the packaging.
